We often get calls asking about the proper use of our Maxus Nail Strengthener, so here are some Q's along with A's that we get asked the most:

- Will my nails fall off if using the product for more than two weeks at a time?
Absolutely not. Everyone's nails are different, so its very difficult to write unified directions for the entire nation to follow. Two weeks is just a guideline which you can alter depending on individual results.

- Should I apply thick coats?
Apply thin coats, applying thick coats will not make the product work better, it will just take longer to dry.

- What if I apply every day vs every other day?
Great! There are no harmful chemicals and you can absolutely apply every day. Just remember to take off the product layers every 3-4 days otherwise they will start to peel and look unattractive.

- Is there anything else you recommend to do while using the Strengthener?
Yes! We highly suggest using jojoba oil daily on the nail and the surrounding skin. This is especially useful in the winter times, when skin is dry and lacks moisture. 

Avoid constant exposure to water, always wear gloves when coming in contact with household chemicals and especially when washing dishes.

- Can I use the Strengthener as a base coat?
Yes you can. While the nails are still in the rehab process but you have finished the two-three week initial regimen period.
