If you are using force to remove an enhancement that is currently attached to your nail, you are causing nail damage. Electric nail files should only be used by professionals as they can drill through the enhancement and file off several layers of the natural nail. Don't do it. We will help you. If you have enhancements that soak off - when you go to the nail salon that's the way the nails are removed then we have a helpful video we created.
If your nails are hard gels then they will not be removed via soaking. If you really wish to remove them you need to purchase a coarse nail file of 80/100 grit and take your time filing away.
