U.S. RETURN POLICY
All merchandise must be returned in the original selling condition and include the original product packaging, tags, and labels. Any returns without the original packaging will incur a 10% restocking fee.
Merchandise purchased online may be returned for a refund of the original form of payment up to 30 days from the purchase date.
Naturally, we cannot take returns on overly used products or products not bought online at www.maxusnails.com.
Items may only be returned within the country where the purchase was made. Items purchased in the contiguous United States may not be returned in Hawaii, and items purchased in Hawaii may not be returned in the contiguous United States. Maxus Nails reserves the right to limit or deny returns.
In order to qualify for a return, you must submit a claim to email@example.com. After you receive confirmation you can choose one of the following options:
1. Full Refund - Purchase your own label.
We recommend shipping your return with a service that provides tracking and insurance as we are not responsible for any packages lost in transit.
